Refund policy

Our aim is to provide the best possible customer service.

If you need to return goods please contact us first and ensure that they are returned unopened with their original box, packing and accessories so that we can investigate any complaints - info@selfcheckmedical.com

Please note that due to the medical nature of our products we cannot accept returns unless this is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 30 days.

For your safety, all medical products that are returned to us are destroyed following investigation of any failure by our Regulatory Manager.

Any refund will also include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Order

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by phoning us on 01745 535 169 or through our contact form.
